FAQs

All You Need To Know

What Information do I need to provide?

We require a valid driver’s license to successfully complete your booking on arrival.

How old do I need to be to rent a car?

We require any renter to be over the age of 25 to drive our Cubes.

Do your rates include insurance & tax?

Yes! All of our rates already cover you fully, so there’s no need to worry about hidden fees when you book with Cubes!

What if my flight arrival/departure is outside of your office hours?

In the event of your flight arrivingl/departing outside of our office hours, we will be happy to arrange vehicle drop off/pick up for a small fee. Fees are dictated by the airport terminals rates for parking and run as follows:
Up to 1 hour: $2.00
2-12 hours: $6.00
13-24 hours: $10.00
For your convenience, in the event a vehicle pick-up, the parking charge will be added to your rental fee when you initially pay for your rental.

Do I need to arrange separate transportation to/from the airport within your ours of operation?

Absolutely not! Taxi rates typically charge $30 or more for a ride, so we are more than happy to do pick ups/drop offs within office hours, for a small $5 fee each way.

What if I need a pick up/drop off somewhere else?

We are also happy to pick ups/drop offs within the Freeport city limits, for the same $5 fee each way.
